In order to facilitate shipping and to ensure that you will receive your order in a reasonable time, please provide us with your full address, including city, state, and region if applicable.

AFTER YOU'VE MADE A PURCHASE

When Will My Order Be Processed?
We want to make sure you get your order as quickly as possible. When ordering please make sure you select the correct size and color because we cannot change your order once it is placed. Modifications or cancellations cannot be made once the order is in the system.

Orders will be processed within 24 hours of ordering and be shipped the next day, depending on stock availability.

All orders are processed and shipped out from our warehouses Located in the United States, China and Europe. Please allow extra time for your order to be processed during holidays and sale seasons. Orders typically ship in under 30 days but in some cases can take up to 60 days.

Shipping confirmation A shipping confirmation is emailed to you as soon as your purchase has been shipped, which will allow you to track the status of your shipment. Shipping costs are dependent upon the weight of the package and delivery location. Customers are responsible for any customs duties and taxes for all International orders.

Tracking
As the receiver it will be your sole responsibility to track your order and submit necessary information to customs or the chosen delivery courier. If the order has been marked as return to sender or unsuccessful delivery due to the receiver not being able to follow-up or receiver has not submitted the required information, correct address or notification to the courier, we are not able to process any refund or replacement for free.

Delivery
Your local customs office may require additional documents and processing time to clear your package, which may delay the estimated delivery time.

Your order will be delivered to you by either the local postal office or a local courier. Depending on your area, most orders will be delivered by your local post service, so the package will be received with your regular mail. If you are not home when the delivery is made, a notice card may be left by the postal service to advise on how and where your delivery can be collected.

CANCELLATION/CHANGES

If you need to change or cancel your order, please contact us immediately. We process and ship orders within 24 hours of placement. Once our warehouse has processed your order, we will be unable to make any changes.

Please note that any orders that have already been packed or shipped cannot be cancelled.

RETURNS

Returns will only be accepted within 30 days of purchase if the items are in their original packaging. Products not in original packaging (package can be opened to try sizing), orders after 30 days, worn/marked/damaged/used items and intimate items such as Bikini Bottoms are not eligible for returns. Return shipping is at the expense of the purchaser.

Please Contact Us if you with to make a return and we will direct you to our order returns department. We will not accept returns without an RMA number issued by our returns department so be sure to contact us before shipping anything back to us.

Will I Be Charged With Customs And Taxes?

The prices displayed on our site are in Canadian Dollars and any applicable taxes are only calulated during checkout, which means you may be liable to pay for additional duties and taxes once you receive your order. Import taxes, duties and related customs fees may be charged once your order arrives to its final destination, which are determined by your local customs office. Payment of these charges and taxes are your responsibility and will not be covered by us. We are not responsible for delays caused by the customs department in your country.
